Our company has a NO refund policy at the moment. All sales are final.

If you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange for the correct size of the SAME item(s) (style, print, and color) within 14 days of receiving the orders. All pieces must be received in their original condition: UNWORN, UNWASHED, and with TAGS ATTACHED. Moreover, there must be no visible signs of use present including deodorant, cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc.

Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs (cost to our facility and cost shipping back to your address). In the case where an exchange is lost or damaged in the mail, we are not liable and will not issue a refund for these items.

NANI Collection reserves the right to refuse an exchange for any item that is returned damaged or appears to be worn. Moreover, if the item is not compliant with our exchange policies it is subject to being sent back at the customer's expense.

SALE ITEMS: All pieces sold at a discounted rate are not eligible for exchange.

In cases where you have placed the wrong size, please contact us immediately at sales@nanicollection.com so that we could correct your order on time before shipping.  We will try our best to accommodate your request, however, it's not a guarantee.


  1. Send an email to returns@nanicollection.com and put "EXCHANGE - ORDER #" in the subject line. State in the email the reason for your exchange. If you need to exchange for another size, please state the correct size(s) that you want to exchange for.
  2. Repackage your order and send the package to:

        3. Once we approved your exchange request, we will send you a new order invoice for the size(s) that you want.
